Twenty years service at an International Energy firm, saw him rise from a team member before moving on to coaching, this was the first time he'd felt a passion for his work. While working a shift pattern he put himself through night school to complete a Business Degree. Since then he's successfully managed many sectors of the business, always with motivated teams working for him and always with an eye of progressing them, even if they didn't know it at the time.
Wayne's final path took him to an illicit role in Operational International Relations Manager where he comfortably worked alongside some of the worlds leaders in their industry. Taking forums, holding a crown of CEO's in his grasp due to the energy and passion he brings with him.
